I took my truck in because my warning light for the airbag was on. Mr. and Mrs. Finley were personally involved seeing that I got the best service. Eric their mechanic did a full inspection and fortunately for me he found a few other issues that could of cost me big-time later on. . Albert, the service advisor was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done. They were able to save me quite a bit of money by the way they diagnosed the problems. I hate say this, but most other mechanic shops would of taken advantage of the situation. I say that because I need some more work done and I previously had Goodyear give me an estimate. Finsanto will save me on these repairs as well. Lastly, they were able to procure the needed parts and got my truck completed a day early. Hats off to the whole Finsanto team!! Highly recommend this place!!

Finsanto has been incredible. We brought two cars here and both experiences have been great. They’re super thorough and transparent, sending all your inspection results to your phone to review and giving a breakdown on how much everything will cost. I didn’t feel pressured to do extra services like some other places do, they simply let us know our options and let us decide. Armando is super helpful and was very kind making sure I was able to pick up my car before they closed for the weekend. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Finsanto for the past 6 years, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. I originally worked with Joey, but these days I work with Mando, who is always professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping in any way he can. Over the years, they’ve handled just about everything for me (engine work, alternator replacements, A/C repairs, fluid flushes, tire replacements, and more) and the quality of service has always been outstanding. I’ve also recommended Finsanto to many friends and colleagues, and every one of them has had a great experience as well. Most recently, they repaired a cracked radiator for me. The turnaround was quick, communication was excellent, and they even provided a loaner car while the work was being completed, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. I initially went to get information and a second opinion for a $2K A/C related replacement service presented by a dealership. I was uncomfortable with the explanations and experiences at the dealership and needed a second opinion. This was after I had already paid for fixes to secondary issues that were not fixed and this a/c issue was likely in a warranty window of coverage. After speaking with Eric and reviewing the previous work done and new requests, I was confident Finsanto could perform the exact same service and give me accurate information that I could trust. Upon agreeing to Finsanto performing the service, they fully evaluated my vehicle and gave me a full review that was more informative and accurate to my vehicle. While I agreed to replacement service, they could not find the issue previously claimed by the dealership and didn’t want to do a service that was not showing any defects. I appreciate the transparency and not unnecessarily doing work without good cause. They also brought up a maintenance issue that had never been discussed over the lifetime of the vehicle and was likely the cause of a secondary issue I had complained about and paid for services that did not fix the problem, at the dealership. I requested Finsanto do those additional services in hopes it resolving the problem and once I drove my car it was a night and day difference. I appreciate the effort to find actual causes and transparency when no real cause is known or can be found. The integrity to not perform unnecessary work until actual metrics prove what actual issues is something I deeply respect and appreciate. Communication was direct, quick and thorough. Prices were great, and reasonable for the labor needed to perform each repair. I was treated with respect in all aspects – my time, my intelligence, and my money. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend Finsanto.

I posted a review that was negative. After a cooling off time. Finsato did try to salvage my experience and we found a middle ground we could live with. When I thought they didn’t care about my experience Armando went above with patience and understanding to salvage. That has value in my book. Redeemed and glad to say they do care and will make the effort. They did a good job and the repair is solid and I feel confident. I would use them again

I had one of the best experiences of service, helpfulness and expertise. We were traveling from North Dakota. We had a potential problem along the way. We called five places that could not get us in along the way to San Antonio, TX. My son lives there and recommended Finsanto Auto. Boy, was he right. They took time to hear the issues on the phone. They fit me in. Mando and Eric were tremendously good to work with. The mechanics checked over my problem (gas smell) and went further to check other things to be sure we could safely drive back to ND pulling a trailer. Even gave recommendations for me to give to our hometown mechanic. I had never been here before. They get an easy 5 stars. I highly recommend Finanto Auto and would give them a 6 if I could. Very affordable and competent. I got competitive quotes and Finsanto gave me the best pricing. I received superior service on all repairs done. The staff is competent, has superior knowledge and excellent communication skills. This is my third visit and I’m convinced they will always take care of me. I am recommending Finsanto to my friends and neighbors.
