San Antonio Auto Repair

Both my wife and I have had our vehicles taken care of by Finsanto since 2011. The guys there (Frank, Wayne, Andre) are always courteous and friendly and they take the time to explain their diagnostic findings; if multiple issues exist, they let you know what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. Finsanto is by no means some slash-n-burn locale where you'll find rock bottom prices (and the quality to match) but if you're looking for a trustworthy independent shop that will beat a lot of dealership prices, this is your place.

Very bad experience. Public please read all the reviews and you will see a trend for this place. They overcharge and never keep their word. I turned in my car and they told me they would call me back in 2 hours and 6 hours later no call back. I called them and they said they would need to keep my car overnight and I should rent a car in the interim. The next day they quoted me an enormous amount for my car to get fixed. I said I would take it to another place and then the gentleman said he would charge me a diagnostic fee. I am warning public to please not go to this place. They are not honest and they are after your money!

Took my 2006 BMW Z4 here for the first time. Had my brakes and rotors done. Hesitant after getting burned by BMW San Antonio Service Center. But ultimately took the shot after reading their positive feedbacks in Yelp. Glad I did. Fair pricing and very upfront and transparent with the job they performed. They certainly earned my trust and future business. They also fixed my headlight oxidation issue. Thank you!

One word, dishonest. I went with my friend to get a quote and they said the repair would cost this much because parts could only be ordered from the dealer when it was actually not true.

Made an appointment for an alignment at 08:00 and sure enough, they were there and ready on time! They kept me informed each step of the way and even invited me watch the entire procedure. My car is a lowered Mustang. Not many shops can even get it on a lift, much less service. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Finsanto Automotive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Finsanto has the BEST service, GREAT work and KNOWLEDGEABLE employees. I have used this establishment multiple times and each time they far exceeded my expectations. Particularly WAYNE, is very knowledgeable and has helped me make vehicle repair decisions and is a TRUE asset to FINSANTO. I would recommend FINSANTO to anybody that wants to start dealing with a professional repair facility.
