Brought my car in for an oil change and to top of coolant. They took extra care and found my rear tire with no life and about to come apart on me. They got the job done even afters hours to get me back on the road. Thank you Finsanto!

2 hours just to get a few basic things done, they had my car since 1230, I've never had to wait that long for that basic of service. 30-40 minutes maybe at the most. Idk what they where doing that took 2 hours to get all that done. They tell me 10-15, more minutes ends up being 40 minutes. Good people good service, but they take their time it seems like and turn something that shouldn't take very long into a 2-3 hour job Normally I keep pretty up to date with my service and I take my car in myself. Not once since I've owned my car, have I had to sit that long for these particular services, which is the only reason I decided to do it before my class, but because of them taking their time or something I've missed class.

Frank at Finsanto was extremely helpful. The radio in my minivan hadn't been working for six months. After bouncing through three other places with no help because they didn't know or were too busy to take me in, Frank walked out and took the time for me to explain the problem. He was pretty sure the anti-theft code needed resetting. He first tried dialing the manufacturer, and when that didn't solve it, he went through every paper in my owner's pack from the glove box. Last one had the code and he had me on my way with no charge for his help. I'll definitely bring my business back when I have something else I need help with. Thanks Frank!

I want to thank Cody and Mr. Park for warm welcome for my first visit to Finsanto two weeks ago. They thoroughly checked and changed oil for my car. Though it was a bit high for my budget, my car is still running smoothly. I expect and trust that my car won't have any problem for a long time. Thank you again, Cody and Mr. Park.

Ridiculous quote-laughable. Quoted me $ 450 to put in new spark plugs and wires into a 2002 Ford Pick up. Everyone else, quoted between $150 and $ 205, including parts-which cost $80 for top of line Motorcraft plugs & wires from Advanced. That means these people were trying to charge me about $ 400 for labor for an hour job...I will never go here. All the previous reviews are probably made up. Rest assured Finsanto-we aren't all morons!

Absolutely terrible service. Had scheduled an appointment, was on time, an hour later after giving the keys my car had not moved from where I parked it and had no indication of being looked at based off the discussion in the waiting room. The employees I dealt with were rude, dishonest, and needlessly sarcastic. Don't trust the unusually high reviews on here-- it is not an honest reflection of how this business operates.

Not only super nice people, but, honest, thorough, and competent professionals, that is what I found at Finsanto. I also believe I found the guru of Subaru repair and maintenance. The same problem kept occurring in my 2005 Forester for a long time and no one I went to could find the cause. Thanks to Finsanto and their guru, my car is now running like new!
