The front office staff is very amicable. However, highly deceptive. They will try and milk the dollar by saying spend $1,000's here is better than buying a new car. I saw it happening to a young lady, who didn't buy into it and they did the same thing with me. I understand the negative connotation associated with mechanics because if they don't have work they don't eat, but be honest and your stomach and purse will always be full.
We checked our database and can't find your name in our system. Without being able to review your concerns specifically, I can you that we do not high pressure anyone to repair their vehicle. There are times that the cost to perform a repair is not a good option, but there are times that investing money into a repair is a good decision for the customer. We inform the customer what the vehicle needs and let the customer decide on whether to have the work performed.
