One word, dishonest. I went with my friend to get a quote and they said the repair would cost this much because parts could only be ordered from the dealer when it was actually not true.

Made an appointment for an alignment at 08:00 and sure enough, they were there and ready on time! They kept me informed each step of the way and even invited me watch the entire procedure. My car is a lowered Mustang. Not many shops can even get it on a lift, much less service. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Finsanto Automotive. I would recommend them to anyone.

Finsanto has the BEST service, GREAT work and KNOWLEDGEABLE employees. I have used this establishment multiple times and each time they far exceeded my expectations. Particularly WAYNE, is very knowledgeable and has helped me make vehicle repair decisions and is a TRUE asset to FINSANTO. I have to say that this place was not very good at all. I took my vehicle and was explained the diagnostic test would take 90 mins and I would get called back when they find out what the problem was. I dropped the car off at 11am. Once it hit 4pm I decided to call myself and the gentleman stated he tried calling me and was told he had the wrong number. I've had the same number for the last 5 years. Then he over quoted me a price of $1800 which included $1300 in parts and $500 in labor and stated the only place to get the parts were at the dealership. I did research and got the parts for $450 myself and took it to another place and they only charged me $320 in labor coming to a total saving of $1000. Do you research before going to this place because they will overcharge.
