I used finsanto about a two years ago for some brake work and a tune up. I have since moved about 30 minutes away but I still made the drive because I trust these guys. Wayne and Andre stayed about 30 minutes late (after clsoe) explaining all kinds of stuff to me. They never once pressured me to buy any service and even recommended I only fix the pressing issues now and budget the rest later. I took my car in for a 90,000 tune and brake replacement and knew it would be expensive, but Andre was able to help me out a little bit on the price. Afterwards, Andre took me on a test drive to show me effects of work done and point out the issues that I still need to address. Andre, Wayne and the entire staff were awesome.

Excellent shop. Great customer service and very honest people. In a different shop they diagnosed my car with $2.300.00 worth of work I took it to this shop for a second opinion and my total was $825.00. Thank God for honest people.

My oil was leaking and when I showed up, they had it estimated within 10min and said they would have it all fixed by the end of the work day. I was shocked and impressed. Very professional, I will always come here.

Frank at Finsanto was extremely helpful. The radio in my minivan hadn't been working for six months. After bouncing through three other places with no help because they didn't know or were too busy to take me in, Frank walked out and took the time for me to explain the problem. He was pretty sure the anti-theft code needed resetting. He first tried dialing the manufacturer, and when that didn't solve it, he went through every paper in my owner's pack from the glove box. Last one had the code and he had me on my way with no charge for his help. I'll definitely bring my business back when I have something else I need help with. Thanks Frank!

Completely dishonest, arrogant, and overpriced. You are not getting what you pay for. Brought a car in for an engine replacement. They replaced it with an engine from a totaled car that was not even the same year and model as my car. None of this was disclosed to me until after the repairs. After spending nearly $4000 on an engine replacement, my check engine light returned. I was informed that it was everything from a gas cap to a faulty sensor. After multiple sensor and gas cap replacements (supposedly), the check engine light was still there. After multiple returns for warrantied work over the course of months, I was informed finally that the engine they put in was cracked and leaking. When I asked for warrantied repair, I was informed that the repair was not warrantied. Why? Because I did not keep my receipts from my multiple returns and they did not keep a record of my return, so therefore, they have no written obligation to stand by their warranty. My HUGE mistake was not to demand a receipt for return services and ensure it was being put in their system, which it was not. The management team acknowledged that they were aware I had returned within the warrantied time frame, but since they did not record it in their system, I was out of luck. I asked to speak to the owners, but they were living in Venezuela at the time and, as a policy, do not speak to customers. Mr. Davis supposedly spoke to them on my behalf, but they said the same thing; since it wasn't in their system they have no obligation to stand by their warranty. I pleaded with Mr. Davis who knew I had returned multiple times within the warranty period, but his answer was "I work for Finsanto and have to act in their best interests" Which means, the company does not act within the best interests of their customers. Buyer beware! Keep your receipts.

Once again...excellent service, excellent communication about what was going on with my car. Back on the road again with confidence!!

Great customer service, great facility. They saw me immediately on a Saturday! They may be a bit pricier than other garages, but worth a good job being done!
