Mr. Collins, I can assure you that we would never invade your personal phone. In fact, our digital inspection can only be texted to you if you provide us with your phone's carrier. We normally email that information to you. I came here once for an oil change and will not return. They way overcharged me for a simple oil change, and overall I felt violated and taken advantage of. Besides this oil change, they tightened the lug nuts of my tires so much that it was impossible to change a flat by hand. Worst of all, I was laughed at because of the condition of my air filter. The men in the office laughed about this and went on and on for several minutes about it, even making fun of me with other customers! I felt embarrassed and upset - this was incredibly unprofessional and that alone made me want to avoid this place like the plague.

Ms. Banick, I pulled up the history of your vehicle and we performed a synthetic oil change and installed an air filter in your vehicle back in October of 2015. Our prices for synthetic oil changes 2 years ago were $69.88 and the air filter cost $18.88, both of which are competitively priced. We did not rotate your tires or perform a brake inspection on your vehicle, therefore we had no reason the tighten your lug nuts. If we had, we have torque lug wrenches that we use on every car that does require the tires to be removed during repairs. We appreciate your feedback but I wish you had informed us regarding your feelings about your visit immediately afterwards instead of waiting 2 years to post this review so that I could address this issue.

Go here if you want to get ripped off! I understand mark up on parts is common for this industry, but over $600 for the exact same parts I can buy myself for $292.23 (tax included). No thank you.

While traveling through San Antonio my passenger accidentally put 10 gallons of diesel into my unleaded F-250. I called the local FORD dealership and was advised that I needed to get it towed and it would take them 2 days to take a look at it. (Typical) In a google search, I found Finsantos Automotive. I contacted them to get a vibe. "Wayne" answered, was knowledgeable, professional and took care of the tow truck. He provided a reasonable quote and told me they could work on it today. Well 4 hours later the quote was accurate and we were on our way back home. Thanks Wayne and crew!!! A++

I've been using Finsanto for 5 years. I will state that no matter where you go you should keep a spreadsheet of activities done. Discrepancies will occur, as in, one mechanic may suggest something another mechanic does not, or prioritizes quite differently. If you're not watching, recommendations will be made that perhaps are not needed or should be done later rather than sooner. Anywhere you go, bring up the questions, sometimes references are made from maintenance checklist without comparing against actual work recently done. But they will work with you and do good work.

Great idea, Larrie. We have many customers that have recently moved here and it always helps when customers have a spreadsheet to follow. Our new Digital Vehicle Health Inspection will also help keep track of what work has been performed, as well as any routine maintenance services due in the future.

Overall, my experience with Finsanto Automotive was a great one. The staff was very polite and respectable and service moved very quickly. My grandfather was very pleased with the services as well. He felt that it was a little pricey, but that it was worth it to have the car functioning well again. Thank you again, Finsanto, for all your help!
