San Antonio Auto Repair

While on 1604 and before exiting on Bandera road something flew off a car and before I could react it hit what I thought was the bottom of my car. Not wanted to stop I headed straight to Finsanto who has care of my car for a few years. THE WERE THE BEST!! Josh came out right away and asked what had happen and quickly got to work on my car. Seems I blew my tire!! They checked for any damage and replaced it with a spare tired that I had. Because I had purchased my tires at a tire place, it made sense to go back to them. I was given my key, Josh wished me a good day and told me there would be no charge. All part of their excellent customer service! Thank you Josh and Finsanto for all your help!!

For any and every repair you may need I would really consider Finsanto to repair your vehicle I take both of mine to them and I am always satisfied with the work they do and THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY FOR YOU ! If you are in pickle lol They got your back !

Came in because needed a quick battery replacement for my car keys and Finsanto was able to help me! I recently had the pleasure of using Finsanto for the first time. They did an excellent job!! I was left stranded when my drive shaft failed along with a few other items. They were able to repair the truck in a timely fashion (same day). I feel confident in their services and am glad I made the choice to take my truck there. My truck would not start and Finsanto figured out there was a problem with the starter signal wire. They offered me two options: one was to buy a brand new part that would have not only been more expensive but would have taken several days to come in. The second option was to repair the original part at a much cheaper price and got the truck back the same day. Thank you for being honest and trying to save me time and money. You did not have to tell me the second option at all. Thanks for your help Josh!

This place was honestly very impressive. The key phrase is, "full transparency". I never had to guess and hope they'll fix it right, because they sent photos and detailed descriptions electronically every step of the way. I was really impressed with how modern/digital they are during the repair process. I was able to "follow along" while going about my day. Customer service was amazing, they even drove me home after initially dropping off my vehicle. 10 out 10, I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants to be Certain that the job is done right!!! Very impressive!
