Hi Mr. Woodward, I sincerely apologize for that. I'm personally the one who set up your appointment and was off the next day. The oil changes don't take 4 hours, but our oil changes are not the quick lube because we do a 50 point digital health inspection. We do offer shuttle service and take you home if you live or work nearby. I'm not sure why that wasn't offered. I'm very sorry, I hope you give us a chance to make up for it. We have an oil change club card and if you buy 4 oil change, the 5th oil change is free.
