I’ve been a client now for nearly 5 years and their service is always top notch. I am especially impressed by their transparent documentation of their inspections. You’ll receive an email or text with a full report with explanations, photos and videos. Easy to understand the “why” of the service and builds trust in the decision to invest in repairs. Second to none.

I've been there twice now the first time I paid 1000.00 for a wire for my throttle body and thermastat. 4 days later check engine came on again. Took it back and then they said the radiator, converter and cramshaft was bad. Don't know why it didn't pick those things up on diagnostics the first time took it to Firestone and the only code they got was the cam shaft. They are fixing it for under 300.00 it's a much better deal. I should of took it there to begin with. Live and learn.

While visiting San Antonio our A/C went out, they got us in and when it wasn’t just right, they made got us right back in, found the problem and on our way! Very nice and professional staff.

Great staff, great service! I highly recommend that you visit even for a oil change. (Which is how it started for me bringing my vehicle there) Then I had major repair done on my vehicle. The service was top shelf.

I was referred to Finsanto by Discount Tire because I was having a slight problem with a wobble at high speed. I took my nearly 20 year old Honda to them, and within an hour they had performed a perfect alignment that has me rolling smooth and straight. They also presented me with a list of problematic items and a very fair quote to fix everything that was wrong with my car. When I told them that I do all of my own automotive work myself they were very friendly and didn't just shun me aside as if I was a lost cause that they couldn't turn a profit off of. The mechanic, who had inspected my car, came and talked to me very straight, in mechanical terms that very much hit home with a "Do-it-yourself'er". Finsanto exceded my expectations as an autmotive shop as they didn't just look at me, and my old car as a chance for profit, but as a fellow lover-of-cars. Extreemly talented, and friendly staff. You all have saved me hours of troubleshooting and gave me one of the best experiences I've had at an automotive repair shop in a long time. I'll definitely be referring my less auto-savvy friends and co-workers to your shop! Thanks guys! Also, their lobby / waiting area is TOP NOTCH! Free coffee, bottled water, and even a PC for internet browsing makes waiting customers happy! Plus, the cut-away of the Ford automatic transmission is very entertaining to those who are mechanically inclined. :-D

I knew I was due for a brake work and came here because it’s across the street from me and convenient. I like everything about this facility. The inside is clean, everyone is very professional and checked on me multiple times. During the inspection they gave pictures of everything and even pulled me back so I could take a look at the rotor myself before agreeing to replace it. Once I got an estimate of how much time it would take I decided to come back and they had one of their guys drive me home. The work I had to get done wasn’t cheap, and again that’s mainly on me for waiting to Get the pads replaced, but this place really did the small things to make the sting of that more bearable. Will definitely be returning.
